My daughter, Neukeyia, was killed by a vaccine injury; a vaccine she was mandated to take to attend college. This injury robbed her of 19 years of life and eventually killed her on December 5, 2022. After my daughter's passing, I was informed that the Supreme Court in 2011, in the Bruesewitz v. Wyeth LLC case, ruled that “Vaccines are Unavoidably Unsafe” in interpreting the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. This Supreme Court decision should unequivocally give everyone the right to a medical exemption from all vaccines as they have been judicially recognized as “Unavoidably Unsafe” and thus carrying potentially great risks, including death.
Nevertheless, because doctors are threatened with having their medical licenses taken away if they write medical exemptions, it is very difficult to get one in practice. This proves how corrupt the government and the medical system actually are. Even though federal law and the Supreme Court acknowledge that vaccines are "Unavoidably Unsafe products", it's almost impossible to get a medical exemption from them.
By law, all 50 states must allow for medical exemptions to vaccines. However, not every state allows religious exemptions, which are also required under the First Amendment right to free exercise of religion. Nevertheless, religious exemptions are easier to get in the states that allow them.
No “Unavoidably Unsafe product” should be able to be mandated by any government. The right to live without medical mandates should apply universally, and at a minimum, all people should be eligible for medical or religious exemptions, or both.
The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 Only Protects Big Pharma. None of the safety provisions written in the ACT have ever been upheld by Congress.

Our mission is to educate the public, especially parents to the Truth about the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. Big Pharma went to Congress and demanded to be protected from all liability for vaccine injuries and Congress gave them the license to injure and kill you and your child without any liability. Also to educate the public on the Supreme Court ruling that states vaccines are UNSAFE! Being informed of ALL possible side effects to all vaccines and all ingredients before any vaccine is ever administered.

Our Vision
That not one person, man, woman, or child is ever harmed or killed again by an UNSAFE product because of a lack of informed consent. Currently, there is NO INFORMED CONSENT given with any vaccine. The Supreme Court Ruling Awareness movement is about giving the public the knowledge to make an INFORMED DECISION regarding vaccines. Most people do not know this information. This is about empowering people with information.

It is a short 6-minute video by a doctor stating the 1986 Act now only protects Big Pharma and all the original safety provisions for children have been ignored by Congress. Now when I try to share this video in Facebook chat, the video link is banned.
